Shipping
Orders are shipped within the United States only.
We process orders within 3–5 business days of purchase. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier.
Some orders may be fulfilled and shipped by Amazon on our behalf. If your order is shipped through Amazon, their packaging and delivery timelines may apply. You will receive confirmation once your order has shipped.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Refunds & Returns
All book sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns.
If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email flambeaukitchen@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the problem.
